All our IT specialists are trained in-house and possess extensive knowledge in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. Through tailored trainee programs, they learn how to manage project artifacts effectively and efficiently. No IT specialist at PIQUANT GmbH is assigned to a project without the appropriate certifications.<\/p>

Since our founding, we have been a training company recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), with accredited trainers and instructors. We generally hire university graduates \u2013 even without prior project experience. For each new IT specialist, we design a customized trainee program tailored to their qualifications. Our trainee programs have been tested multiple times and proven effective in real-world practice.<\/p>
